- You agree to provide accurate information when registering or investing
3. Your Account
- Keep your login details (password, PIN) safe and private
- Tell us immediately if someone else accesses your account
- We can suspend or close your account if we suspect misuse or for security reasons

A 9% fee applies to all withdrawals regardless of method (Mobile Money or USDT).
Example Calculations:
• Withdraw 100,000 UGX → Fee: 9,000 UGX → You receive: 91,000 UGX
• Withdraw $100 USDT → Fee: $9 USDT → You receive: $91 USDT
Processing Information
- Deposits are processed instantly after payment confirmation
- Withdrawals are processed Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM (GMT)
- Withdrawal requests made on weekends are processed on the next business day
- Processing time: 24-48 hours depending on network conditions
- Always ensure your mobile money account is active before requesting withdrawal
Important Notes
- Deposits must be made through approved methods shown in the app only
- We reserve the right to limit deposit or withdrawal amounts based on account verification
- Only one withdrawal request permitted per 24-hour period
- Ensure your withdrawal details (mobile number or USDT wallet) are correct before submitting
- SWIM is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses or phone numbers
6. Risks
Risk Warning
Investing involves risks including possible loss of your money. You are investing at your own risk. Only invest money you can afford to lose.
7. Fees
- Withdrawal fee is 9% of the total amount you withdraw
- Other platform fees may apply and will be shown before you confirm any transaction
8. Prohibited Activities

- Use SWIM for illegal purposes
- Try to cheat or manipulate the system
- Share your account with others
- Interfere with the app's normal working
9. Changes to Terms
Updates
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new Terms.

We are not responsible for any losses you may suffer from using the app or making investments, to the extent allowed by law.
